TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The following terms and conditions will apply:
- The fees include access to the event, refreshments and a delegate pack
- Travel to and from the venue is not included
- No seats will be reserved unless we have received a signed registration form together with the proof of payment
- The signed registration form is a legally binding contract
- The MakeBelieve Group reserves the right, due to circumstances beyond our control, to change the program content, speakers, date and venue
PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS
- All payments must be done and reflecting in our accounts 7 days before the conference
- Proof of payment must accompany the registration form
All cancellations will be subject to the following conditions:
- The MakeBelieve Group must be notified in writing of all cancellations
- Cancellations must be made 14 days prior to the event
- A 10% + VAT cancellation fee will be applicable to all cancellations received within 14 working days prior to the event
- A 50% + VAT cancellation fee is applicable to all cancellations received within 7 working days prior to the event
- No refunds will be given for cancellations made 24 hours before the event
- No refunds will be given for delegates who do not show up to the event
The MakeBelieve Group reserves the right to change the venue or cancel the conference should it be deemed necessary. Full payment will only be reimbursed if the conference is cancelled.
Should a need for any legal action arise, the related costs will be for the account of the client.
Substitutions
Participants are allowed to make one change for a replacement in writing without any charge. Should a participant who was a replacement require to be replaced, a 10% + VAT charge will be levied to client.
